Until this year, Crocker Kuno Ostrovsky’s practice was focused on public and privately held financially troubled companies. The law changed for persons declaring individual bankruptcy October of 2005. CKO added a focus on individual bankruptcy services, summer of 2005. They needed to establish a touchpoint with their referral base via direct mail.
SOLUTION:
Pow! This self mailer stands out using CKO’s bright orange identity color. The simple image and word “Goose” draws the reader. The mailer opens to a picture of a cooked goose and the headline, “Debt relief ends as we know it on October 16th. Duck the act or the goose is cooked.” Managing partner, Shelly Crocker says, “ Our mailings get attention, and the results come in the form of increased visibility and revenue for our firm."
