DocuSign wanted a visual and interactive way to explain how it connects with customers at crucial points over the customer journey. They wanted to use it in various capacities, including onboarding of its sales and Customer Success team, as well as external partners.
Aligning to very strict brand guidelines, Electric Pen’s challenge was to take a complex story and simplify it—something DocuSign previously tried but was unable to do.
We pulled together the abstract concepts to write a video narration and created animations to make the information engaging, memorable, and easy to understand. The finished video was showcased at DocuSign’s Global Kick-off, where employees from around the world gathered to celebrate the upcoming fiscal year.
